How Innovative Revolution Pivoted Our Focus in 2019

2019 has been an exciting year for our company. In case you didn’t know, Innovative Revolution is a rebrand from a previous company, Start-Up with Nicole. SUWN operated for over 15 years, focused on helping startups and small businesses build the right strategy to build and grow their company, with a heavy focus on marketing and operations. Starting in 2014, the company shifted more and more toward established businesses and growth strategy. It was during this year that we started creating and testing startup-focused strategies for existing companies, or intrapreneurship. In 2017, we had the chance to work on a larger-scale, culture-focused project an we were hooked!

In 2018, we decided to take the leap to focusing on culture, change management, and corporate entrepreneurship 100%, and Innovative Revolution was created. Over the past year, we have worked hard to nail down programs and the right approach to help companies who struggle to turn ideas into action. Finally, 11 months after our rebrand and refocus, we are proud to officially launch Innovative Revolution to the world.

Our main offering is our one-day workshop called “Innovation Day,” where we introduce the main concepts of design thinking and ideation as well as provide continued learning about the topics with our personalized professional development courses. This approach not only starts businesses on the path to brainstorming solid ideas and turning them into internal and external solutions, but it helps to reinforce the workshop sections so that the attendees can continually build on what they’ve learned.

Additionally, Innovative Revolution offers programs including a one-week design sprint workshop, a culture assessment, an executive-focused workshop, a month-long ideation workshop, and a 100-day program for taking a single idea to launch, as well as hourly consulting. In this single-focused approach, we will help our clients to start where they are, making changes that make sense for their specific company that move them forward. Many consulting companies come in with a cookie-cutter approach to creating the right culture to cultivate great ideas, but we know that each business has to retain who it is, even with change.

Our goal for the remainder of 2019 is to reach companies who understand that they need help with moving ideas forward, and understand the negative implications of not having a strategy to solve problems in a way that saves money and boosts revenue.
